Who we are

inoleva.com is operated by InoLeva Private Limited, registered at Municipal No. 139/184, Airport Road, Kodihalli, H.A.L II Stage, Bangalore North, Bangalore – 560008, Karnataka, India ("InoLeva", "we", "us"). We decide how your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it. For any privacy question, email privacy@inoleva.com.

What we collect and why

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health, financial or identity documents. Please do not include it in your message.

How we use your data

• We use your data only for the purposes in the table above.
• We process contact form data because you chose to send it to us (your consent) and because replying to business enquiries is in our legitimate interest.
• We process analytics data only with your consent.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not use it for automated decision-making.
• We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets two cookies: _ga and _ga_9YNNWZ26ZS. These cookies distinguish one visitor from another and last up to 2 years. They do not tell us who you are.

You can accept or decline analytics cookies in our cookie banner, change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fully without these cookies.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as much as they need:

• Render Services, Inc.: hosts the website.
• Supabase, Inc.: stores contact form submissions in our database.
• GoDaddy.com, LLC: manages our domain name and email, including delivering contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google LLC: provides Google Analytics.

These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to a buyer or successor if InoLeva is merged or sold. In that case, this policy will continue to apply.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Google, store data outside India. Where we transfer data abroad, we rely on the provider's contractual and security commitments, and we comply with any restrictions set by the Government of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and emails: kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a client, our client agreement sets the retention period.
• Analytics data: kept for 14 months, per our Google Analytics retention setting.

We may keep data longer if the law requires it.

How we protect it

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to enquiries is limited to the InoLeva staff who need it. Our providers maintain industry-standard security. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities without delay if a breach affects you.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct, complete or update it.
• Delete it.
• Withdraw your consent, as easily as you gave it. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email privacy@inoleva.com with your name and the email address you used to contact us, so we can find your data and confirm it is you. We will respond within 30 days.

Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where required.
